Marc Brodsky, MD: Dr. Brodsky specializes in treating musicians and other entertainers with performing-related pain conditions.  Like athletes, overuse occupational injuries in the performing arts can affect quality of life and even sideline amateur and professional performers.  Dr. Brodsky has worked closely with MusiCares (Grammy Foundation) and The Actors Fund to provide care for professional musicians in Los Angeles and New York City.  He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Performing Arts Medicine Association, an organization of medical professionals, music teachers, and musicians, whose mission is to optimize quality of life and well-being of performing artists.  He is a member of the Editorial Board of Medical Problems of Performing Artists, the peer-reviewed, Medline indexed, journal devoted to scientific research of the cause, treatment, and prevention of performing-related conditions.
