Professional Nursing Affiliations

Through our affiliations with Norwalk Community College, Fairfield University, Pace University, University of Connecticut, and Sacred Heart University, Stamford Hospital nurses have access to a wide variety of supervised clinical and observational experiences that include both inpatient and community rotations. This includes affiliations with undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as an onsite master of science and nursing (MSN) cohort with Sacred Heart University. The positive influence of these institutions creates a mutually beneficial experience for students, instructors and clinical staff.

Stamford Hospital Nursing Department  is proud to open to the public this 
Nurse Manager and Leader Certification (CNML & NE-BC) Review Course.  Topics covered include Anatomy of the CNML & NE-BC Exams, Leadership Overview, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Performance Improvement and Strategic Management and Technology.
