Health Sciences Library at Stamford
Located on the main floor of the hospital near the cafeteria, the Health Sciences Library is open to the public Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The library maintains an extensive array of over 1000 professional medical and healthcare journals, as well as approximately 2000 medical reference books. It also maintains a growing collection of consumer health information resources. Staff members can assist you in locating high-quality patient education resources both online and in print. Internet-enabled computer workstations are available for public use in the library during normal hours of operation.
The Health Sciences library also maintains the Health Information Resource Center located at the Tully Health Center. Maintained in partnership with the Ferguson Public Library system, this facility provides patients and their families with access to a selection of print reference medical information materials, as well as computer terminals for online access to a variety of consumer health resources.
