Stamford's Seasonal Flu Campaign Has Concluded
STAMFORD, CT - October 21, 2009

The City of Stamford and Stamford Hospital's seasonal "Fight the Flu" campaign at the Tully Health Center has concluded. All the vaccine ordered for public distribution at Tully has been administered. . The City and Stamford Hospital have administered over 13,000 doses of seasonal flu vaccine since the campaign started on September 22. More than 8,000 doses were provided at the Tully Health Center alone. If anymore seasonal vaccine becomes available, the details will be posted on the flu hotline at (203) 276-4948.

H1N1 Update 
The Stamford Department of Health & Social Services will be offering FREE H1N1 intranasal spray vaccinations to all healthy children ages two to four years this week. Parents or guardians can call the Stamford Health Department between the hours of 9-11 a.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m. to schedule an appointment (977-6172). The Stamford Health Department expects to receive additional H1N1 vaccine in the upcoming weeks and will continue to distribute as it becomes available.
