Directions & Visiting Hours
We believe that family members, friends, and loved ones play an important role in a patient’s care and healing process. Therefore, we have adopted a “patient-directed visitation program” that allows loved ones to visit when it is convenient and desirable for the patient. Overnight visitations can be accommodated, if possible, in a private room setting. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. Please note some exceptions below:
Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Visiting Hours: 24/7 for immediate family only
Due to the nature of Intensive Care, we request that visitors be limited to immediate family members only. ICU staff will provide additional suggestions to those visitors.
Mother Baby Unit
Visiting Hours: Until 8:30 p.m.
Partners, siblings, and grandparents are welcome to visit at any time during the day or evening until 8:30 p.m.; after 8:30 we ask that visitors depart to ensure mother and baby get a good night’s rest.
Pediatric Unit
Visiting Hours: Noon-8 p.m.
Parents may visit at any time, and overnight accommodations may be arranged. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Behavioral Health Unit
Visiting Hours: Monday to Friday, 6-8 p.m.; weekends and holidays, 2-4 p.m., 6-8 p.m.
Guest Parking
We offer free valet parking and self-parking for all patients and their guests. Please call the Department of Safety and Security with any questions at extension 7666, or 203.276.7666 from outside the hospital.
