It is taught by certified International Board of Lactation Consultants with an emphasis on helping families prepare for a successful start with breastfeeding. Topics include benefits of breastfeeding, medications and breastfeeding, nutrition, preparing to breastfeed, returning to work, prevention of problems and techniques to get you started.
