About the Conference
The objective of the 2010 Southwest Connecticut Trauma Symposium conference is to present recognized faculty who will discuss timely trauma and critical care issues aimed at improving care of the acutely injured patient. This conference will offer content valuable to trauma surgeons, general and subspecialty surgeons, emergency physicians, trauma coordinators, trauma nurses, critical care nurses, paramedics and surgical residents who care for the injured trauma patient. Topics will include updates on disaster management, geriatric trauma, neurosurgical trauma, emergency management of the critically injured patient and care of the pediatric injured trauma patient.
